What we collect

The Al Wathba Building Contracting website collects personal data only when you submit it deliberately — through the contact form, a tender enquiry, or a careers email. We do not use behavioural tracking cookies and we do not load third-party advertising scripts.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form we store your name, company, email address, phone number, the nature of your enquiry, the message body, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. The IP and user-agent are kept solely for abuse detection.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server access logs for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes. These logs do not contain personally identifying information beyond IP addresses.

How we use it

Contact-form data is used to respond to your enquiry and is routed to info@al-wathba.com. Tender and careers enquiries are forwarded to the relevant desk inside the company. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and meet any contractual or legal obligation that follows from it, then archived or deleted.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@al-wathba.com. We respond within 30 calendar days.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or applicable laws change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
